re: Gmail:

I send an email to
john.doe+links@gmail.com
john.doe+todos@gmail.com

Then I add links to the queries that show these emails ex. "to: john.doe+links" etc.

The coolest part is when others do the same, and then I can email stuff to their todos inbox for ex.

And definitely the best part is signing up to any service using something simila:
john.doe+twitter@gmail.com
john.doe+spam@gmail.com > filter sends straight to archive.

I love it : )

So I've decided to try out using delicious again. I have a fair bit of stuff in there already and relative to the solutions posted above it seems to be the best... for now anyways.

Great topic! I haven't used my bookmarks in a long time either, but I do use my bookmark toolbar a lot for things I want to look at but don't have time for yet. After I look I either send to delicious, google reader, or both.

I would love to find an alternative to delicious though.
