Regarding "This has to be my one real big gripe with the app, I can’t specify times when it should record and when it shouldn’t, that would be a nice feature to see in the future." You'll see that in the next release! Regarding "offline" work (meetings, etc), we have stuff in store on that front (calendar integration to grab meetings, and some more "interesting" stuff!).
